Louisiana 23 Development Company, founded in 2017, is a privately held development firm based in Belle Chasse, Louisiana. Our focus is the support of the Plaquemines Port Harbor & Terminal District development in the industrial, transportation and logistics markets between the Gulf Coast and the Midwest. We are currently active in 6 states including: Louisiana, Texas, Arkansas, Missouri, Tennessee, and Illinois.
