DFW Port  Development LLC is a privately held consulting firm based in the Dallas/Ft. Worth  area. Our focus is on Class A development in the Industrial, Transportation and Logistics markets between the Gulf Coast and the Midwest. We are currently active in seven states including: Louisiana, Texas, Arkansas, Missouri, Tennessee, Iowa, and Illinois.  DFWPD  LLC serves as a liaison between Plaquemines Port Harbor and Terminal District (PPHTD), LA23 Devco, and the Dallas County In-Land Port (DCIP) in partnership with Prime  Pointe Development and various private equity groups.
